ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

ISO 9001 Certification is awarded to companies that have established an internal Quality Management System which ensures their customers receive products or services that are fit for purpose, meet and hopefully exceed their expectations.

The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
